They're simply so fun and sparkly! — and guaranteed to put a smile on your face. 🙂

The flecks of glitter are bigger than the flecks in Urban Disuse's Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliners, so I'm warning you — caryatid yourself for major glitz.

I've been a fan of UD's regular Glide-On Heart Pencils, and I similar this version, Velvet, just equally much. Soft and buttery like the other pencils in the fam, the Velvets are designed to smudge and smoke out. Black Velvet'due south terminate is matte, but it'due south not a stark matte.

All Nighter Eyeliner in Perversion ($twenty)
